Locks Heath

Garden

We are a friendly group who enjoy different aspects of gardening. We aim to have fun and help each other with ideas, practical help, and spare equipment, seeds and plants.

Our Friday afternoon programme is varied and includes occasional talks by professional gardeners, visits to commercial garden centres, sharing gardening hints and tips, seed planting, quizzes and practical activities using garden harvests. Everybody is encouraged to put forward ideas and suggestions for the coming period.

Additionally, in the warmer months some members invite the group to visit their garden, but there is no obligation to offer this.
